  • Tammie Bailey-Fults , is a Business Procurement Consultant, Entrepreneur, Educator and Speaker. She is the CEO and President of National Association of Women Owned Small Businesses, Inc. (NA W OSB) and NOMACON Solutions . NAW OSB is a national, membership based business organization focused on educating women owned and other small businesses how to navigate in Procurement & Grants. With Clients and Members in various states, Ms. Bailey-Fults assists and consults on Procurement (Contracts) & Grant opportunities at all levels of Government, Corporate entities and Educational institutes. Tammie has successfully secured major and multi-year contracts for Clients in Retail, Substance Abuse, Counseling Services, Medical, Mediation, Education, Building & Facilities Maintenance, Travel, Transportation and Training. The awarded contracts enable small businesses to expand their company’s reach by doing business with Local, State and Federal government, including Colleges, Universities and Military branches. Her consulting services go beyond the traditional manner of doing business in serving as your business advocate, confidante, client relationship manager and advisor. Tammie is passionate about helping women and other small businesses navigate the often challenging path of the contracting marketplace. A few of her speaking engagements have included: Sororities, Churches (World Changers, Empowerment Action Center), Organizations (100 Black Women-Dekalb, NAPW, The Links-Brunswick, Federal Employed Women (FEW), BPW-Orlando and Caribbean American Business Connections & Delta Sigma Theta Sorority). Her talks focus on the B.I.B.L.E. Principles of Basic Instructions Before Leaping-Living Entrepreneurially. Tammie has served on several boards, as President and various other positions for HOAs and other Nonprofits organizations. She is the former Co-Publisher of the Smart Woman Atlanta Magazine. 2019 Tammie ran a great campaign for City Council Representative in Doraville, GA. While she received 45% of the votes, her opponent won with 55%. Although Tammie did not win the seat, she won favorable support and confidence from a very diverse community that did not know her prior to the campaign. Formally educated in Psychology and Organizational Leadership from Newcomb College of Tulane University and Mercer University respectively, Ms Bailey-Fults is also certified in Project Management. Originally from New Orleans, LA Tammie has been a resident of Atlanta for more than 30 years. She has been married for 30 years and enjoys traveling, going to the movies, trivia games, dancing and having lively discussions about business & politics.

  • Jessica Fernandes is a Marketing and Business Development consultant. She currently manages Business Development and Marketing at Spiketech Enterprise Pvt Ltd (our software partner). Jessica has a double masters degree in Business and Marketing and comes with a wealth of experience having worked with numerous small/medium business in terms of go-to-market strategy, building and implementing sales programs and scaling up businesses. She is passionate about entrepreneurship and working with businesses to explore their full potential and implementing strategies to make that come to fruition.
